The Director is the chief officer of Manav Sewa Dal and all the works of the organization are done under his direction and supervision. Since the formation of Manav Sewa Dal in 1986, till date, all the Directors, while handling the responsibility of this post from time to time, have established Manav Sewa Dal to new heights with their hard work and foresight. The details of the tenure of all our Directors are as follows.

Shri Ved Prakash Sharma
Tenure from 10.04.2021 to 31.10.2023During your tenure, efforts to digitize the data of Sewa Dal members began. You took charge during the Corona period and kept the organization active and strong by holding online meetings as per the time. You were encouraged to use WhatsApp to exchange important information of Manav Sewa Dal. To strengthen and train the Sewa Dal organization, you laid great emphasis on discipline, uniform and use of modern safety equipment and their training.
Shri Gopal Singh Ji Rawat
Tenure from 01.01.2014 to 31.03.2021You have shown yourself to be a faithful volunteer with high devotion towards Guru Darbar and Guru Maharaj Ji. Under your tunure the second edition of the manual was published by making detailed amendments in the Manav Seva Dal rules and regulations.The work of creating new software by replacing the existing software of Manav Seva Dal news magazine publication was also completed. In order to provide quality and high service of Manav Sewa Dal, the work of creating posts in the central executive was done. Not only this, to further organize the organization, supervisors were appointed in all the provinces, the renewal work system was made high level.
He established an office of Manav Sewa Dal in South Delhi Pushp Vihar Madan Giri Ashram to speed the work of Sewa Dal. During the Corona period, renewal fees and newspaper fees and correspondence were done online without any interruption. Took necessary steps to operate the Manav Sewa Dal formed in both Nepal and Bhutan from India itself. The financial grant of Manav Sewa Dal also increased and you maintained mutual contact with all the Premi and Sewa Dal in the country and abroad, due to which everyone remained equally active. Even during the Corona period, support was provided in various ways, in various areas, to the underprivileged people.
Shri Indra Singh
Tenure from 13.11.2013 to 31.12.2013He tirelessly worked towards annual renewal process of Members of Manav Sewa Dal and increased the number of Magzine subscriptions. He also suggested significant partial amendments in the Manav Sewa Dal rules. On the basis of his personal experience and coordial behavior, he increased the awarness of spirituality among members. Giving the message of discipline, he always inspired everyone to have complete dedication towards Shri Guru Maharaj Ji and as a result, during the tenure, Manav Sewa Dal strengthened as an organization by remaining truly disciplined.
During his tenure, he prepared the Guard of honor squad of Manav Sewa Dal. He also played key role in selecting the uniform of the squad and also provided necessary training to the members participating in the guard of honor squad.
Shri Deendayal Goyal
Tenure from 11.11.2010 to 31.12.2012Shri Goyal accelerated the work on the basis of the previous working system and increased the feeling of mutual harmony in Manav Sewa Dal. During his tenure, he revised the identity card of Manav Sewa Dal and inspired all the members to wear the identity card. Shri Goyal Ji took difficult decisions from time to time in the interest of the organization and kept Manav Sewa Dal continuously progressive. He used to establish direct contact with the grassroots level volunteers and guide them, as a result, members of Manav Sewa Dal were inspired to come in large numbers to the biggest events organized by the Manav Sewa Dal.
Late Shri Janaki Das Kapoor
First Director, Manav Sewa Dal- Tenure 01.01.1986 10.11.2010The tenure of late Shri Janaki Das Kapoor Sahib Ji was very commendable. Manav Sewa Dal was registered by Uttar Pradesh Registration Department in 1986 and registered at All India level in 1988. To give an organizational form to the organization of Manav Sewa Dal, Manav Sewa Dal Rules were prepared and first published in 1989. Along with this, he published Manav Sewa Dal Samachar Patrika to spread the information and activities of Manav Sewa Dal to every member. To strengthen the organization, he formed it at the district level and also created the post of convener.
His first task was to inspect by creating sectors during the program and to personally inspect all the areas and to boost the morale and enthusiasm of the officers and members. Emphasized the importance and service work of Manav Seva Dal by organizing training camps from block to district level. In the annual general meeting, he himself used to take oath from everyone in the presence of Shri Guru Maharaj Ji, so that everyone could remember their rules and duties. Along with Manav Sewa Dal, he used to motivate the members of Manav Utthan Sewa Samiti for promoting the organization and used to create plan of action for future. He always inspired everyone to remain dedicated towards Guru Maharaj Ji and the organization by treating everyone in a cordial and humble manner. With complete dedication and devotion towards the Guru Darbaar, throughout his life he himself, gave full cooperation to everyone in propagation with mutual cordiality and love and kept inspiring everyone to unite.
